Nirmaan’s XCELHARD M20 is a general purpose non- shrink, cementitious, flowable, high strength mortar for repairs with high strength precision concrete. It is free flowing and suited for thickness up to 40 mm to 100 mm. It is apt for various structural strengthening measures such as encasement build-ups, jacketing, etc.

STEP 1 – SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove loose concrete, oil, dust, and contaminants. Clean and pre-wet the substrate to SSD condition.

STEP 2 – FORMWORK FIXING
Fix strong, leak-proof shuttering to confine the repair area securely.

STEP 3 – MIXING
Add XcelHard-M20 to clean water and mix mechanically until a smooth, flowable, lump-free mix is obtained.

STEP 4 – PLACING
Pour or place the mixed micro concrete continuously into the repair area. Avoid segregation and air entrapment.

STEP 5 – CURING
Cure properly with water or curing compound for minimum 7 days to achieve desired strength.
