STEP 1 – SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure the surface is clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, paint, loose mortar, and dirt.
Remove all loose particles and repair cracks/holes if required.
STEP 2 – WETTING THE SURFACE
Moisten the surface with clean water before plastering.
Do not leave standing water.
STEP 3 – MIXING
Add Ready Mix Plaster into clean water and mix thoroughly using a hand tool or electric mixer until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained.
Allow the mix to stand for 3–5 minutes, then remix briefly before use.
STEP 4 – APPLICATION
Apply plaster using a trowel in a uniform layer.
Maintain recommended thickness as per site requirement (generally 8–12 mm per coat).
STEP 5 – LEVELING & FINISHING
Level the plaster using a straight edge and finish with a trowel/float to achieve a smooth surface.
STEP 6 – CURING
Cure the plaster properly with clean water for minimum 5–7 days to achieve maximum strength and reduce cracks.
