XcelHard GP-2 – Non Shrink Grout

STEP 1 – SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the foundation surface thoroughly.
Remove oil, grease, dust, loose concrete, and laitance.
Ensure the surface is sound, roughened, and pre-wetted (no standing water).

STEP 2 – FIX FORM WORK
Install rigid, leak-proof shuttering around the base plate or anchor area. Seal all joints to prevent grout
leakage during pouring.

STEP 3 – MIXING
Add XcelHard-GP powder slowly into measured clean water. Mix using a mechanical mixer until a smooth,
lump-free, free-flowing grout is obtained. Do not add extra water.

STEP 4 – POURING
Pour the grout continuously from one side only.
Allow the grout to flow freely and fill all gaps under the base plate or around anchor bolts.
Do not vibrate.

STEP 5 – CURING
After initial set, protect the grout surface from moisture loss. Cure with wet hessian or curing compound for at least 7 days for best strength.

STEP 6 – READY FOR SERVICE
After proper curing, the grouted area is ready for load application as per engineering recommendations.
