STEP 1 – SURFACE PREPARATION
Pour concrete and allow it to reach the plastic / green stage (surface supports foot pressure without sinking).

STEP 2 – FIRST APPLICATION
Sprinkle XcelHard HT evenly over the surface (about 2/3 of total quantity).

STEP 3 – FLOATING
Allow material to absorb moisture, then power trowel or hand float to mix with concrete.

STEP 4 – SECOND APPLICATION
Apply remaining 1/3 material uniformly and float again.

STEP 5 – FINAL FINISHING
Power trowel to achieve a smooth, dense, hard surface.

STEP 6 – CURING
Cure properly using water or curing compound for maximum strength and durability.
